We believe our industry has not sufficiently focused on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Culture (DEIC). This is not a passing fad. We must make lasting change. We are transformational not transactional.

We believe DEIC requires attentiveness, commitment, and perseverance from all.

We believe that being an ally is an active, ethical, intentional practice.

We believe this is a Movement. Not a moment. 

We believe in collaboration. We are stronger together.

We believe sharing tools, education, thought leadership, mentorship and coaching through our platform will affect impactful change. 

We believe in supporting our own recruiting community and being active mentors and mentees to one another.

We believe in eliminating checkbox diversity recruiting.

We believe great talent can come from anywhere, and the future of our industry depends on it.

We believe that as the first point of contact to talent, the responsibility of DEIC begins with us. We also know it cannot end with us.

We believe everyone should have an equitable seat at the table and a clear pathway to growth. 

We believe all people should feel safe and seen and heard in the workplace. 

We believe in creative workplaces where people can express their authentic selves. 

We believe in empathetic learning from an ever-evolving world.

We believe active listening is essential in our ongoing journeys of learning and unlearning.

We believe we will better understand one another through asking hard questions and engaging in uncomfortable conversations.

We believe we will all likely stumble along the way while trying to do better. And that’s ok. We believe in giving grace to all who are doing the work to actively evolve.
