  • Share resources and information so everyone has access to the tools to source and hire for more representation in the creative industry.

  • Create equitable and inclusive job descriptions and job postings, and ensure a wide reach across diverse talent sites.

  • Look beyond standard experience or accolades and continually seek out more representation in the industry.

  • Identify reasons to hire candidates instead of reasons not to hire them, to embrace differences and promote inclusivity. Filter in, not filter out.

  • Evolve the criteria for how we evaluate, interview and hire talent.

  • Advocate fiercely for an unbiased, consistent interview process.

  • Treat all candidates fairly and equitably during the interview process - no free passes for referrals, nepotism or favoritism.

  • Establish diverse teams of interviewers so people can see themselves represented in the company and to create a more unbiased interview process.

  • Ensure fair and equitable job offers.

  • Be the bridge for an inclusive onboarding experience.

  • Provide mentorship to support one another in our collective mission to create a more diverse and equitable industry.
